Vicki Cupp

Although Vicki Cupp was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, her family’s roots are in North Florida and she grew up bleeding garnet and gold. It was no surprise, then, that she attended Florida State University when it was time to go to college.

After graduating and returning to South Florida, Vicki spent many years in human resources and operations management positions in the healthcare industry. In 1995, she opened a franchise business, Cookies by Design, which she owned for five years until moving to Tallahassee.

Vicki began employment with FSU in 2002 as Immunization and Health Compliance Coordinator at the Student Health Center. In 2008, she transferred to Athletics and served as the Office Manager of Student Athlete Academic Support. In December of 2011, Vicki moved to Athletics Administration where she serves as Special Assistant to the Vice President and Director of Athletics.

Vicki received her bachelor’s degree in industrial psychology from FSU and a master’s degree in health care administration from Nova Southeastern University.

When she is not working, you will find Vicki in the stands at FSU’s many sporting events as she enjoys supporting and mentoring our student-athletes.
