TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Members of the Florida State swimming and diving teams will hit the road to compete at the Auburn Invite, which runs from Feb. 8-10 at the James E. Martin Aquatics Center.
“We’re very excited to see what this group can do,” FSU head coach Neal Studd said. “It’s a great opportunity to swim fast. I think we are going to see some good results.”
In addition to the (22/RV) Seminoles and (25/7) Tigers, (18/NR) Alabama, (6/8) Florida, (19/NR) Georgia Tech and Emory will be competing.
The three-day meet will feature the NCAA format with prelims on Friday and Saturday starting at 9:30 a.m. (CT) and finals following at 5 p.m. (CT). On Sunday, prelims will start at 9:30 a.m. (CT) with finals beginning at 3 p.m. (CT).
Friday’s events will feature the 500 free, 200 IM and 50 free. The 200 free relay and 400 medley relay will be contested with finals.

The No. 22 men’s team finished the regular season 4-5, 1-1 ACC while the women’s squad turned in its best record since the 2012-13 season at 11-1, 3-0 ACC.
