Volleyball Visible Again

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The 15th-ranked Florida State University women’s volleyball team will be heavily visible to the statewide public this year, as seven of its regular-season home matches can be seen on television or through the internet.

“There are many people in this country and around the world right now hearing about Florida State Volleyball, and we are really excited about the opportunity for our program to be seen”, head coach Chris Poole said. “We sincerely appreciate the support we are getting right now in our community as well as statewide in Florida.”

Beginning with Friday’s season-opening webcast on, fans will have five opportunities to watch FSU’s home regular-season matches through All-Access. Those contests include Friday’s season-opener against New Mexico State at 7 p.m., Saturday’s second match against USF at 7 p.m., as well as future matches versus Virginia (9/24), Wake Forest (10/22) and Miami (11/26).

Two additional home matches will be televised on FOX Sports Florida, including contests versus Georgia Tech (10/10) and Boston College (11/21).
