We got off to a bit of a slow start in this morning’s round but then played a really good second round this afternoon,” said Head Coach Amy Bond.  “I am proud of how we flipped the switch in the second round. The course is a bit quirky and we are learning each time around. The goal tomorrow is to play our game and control what we can control. This will be a good test for this young team at this point in the season.”

Wallin assumed the individual lead during the second round as she carded her career best score of 65.  She birdied four holes on her front nine and three on her back nine including her final hole of the day to move to seven strokes under par.

Freshman Alice Hodge carded a career best score of 2 under par 70 in the first round while junior Amelia Williamson carded a 2 under par score of 70 in the second round.
