TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Four members of the Florida State track and field and cross country teams were selected to the 2023 Academic All-District Teams for NCAA Division I on Wednesday.
Cooper Schroeder was named to the men's team, while Alyson Churchill, Caisa-Marie Lindfors, and Agnes McTighe were named to the women's.
"This is such a great honor for our student-athletes," FSU head coach Bob Braman said. "The All-District Academic honor is almost as high as you can go for an elite student-athlete. I'm so proud of how they represent our team and university."
The honor recognizes the top student-athletes in the country for their combined performances in athletics and in the classroom and is given by the College Sports Communicators.
All four Noles are eligible for the CSC Academic All-America ballot where first, second, and third teams will be announced on June 28-29.
