Frequently Asked Questions
Is my child eligible?
Per NCAA regulations, children must be in 8th grade or younger to register. There is no minimum age requirement.
How long is the membership?
The membership mimics the athletic year, so it starts on July 1 and runs through June 30 of the following year.
How do I get my child's membership pack?
When you purchase the membership, you have an option for pickup or for shipping.
SHIP: Packets will be mailed out beginning on July 31.
PICK UP: Packets can be picked up in the marketing office (403 Stadium Drive West - UCD 2200) beginning on August 1. Office pick up is from 10 am - 12 pm and 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm Mondays through Thursdays. Packs can also be picked up at the kids club table on Langford Green prior to every football game as well as select other games. Those games will be announced on the FSU Kids Club Facebook page. If you are unable to pick up during any of the alloted times, please call 850-644-7929 to schedule a pick up appointment.
How can I claim my child's free tickets?
For basketball, baseball, and softball, you will be emailed a promo code prior to each season. You can enter the code HERE to claim your tickets.
