Mitchell Wiggins

Mitchell Wiggins played just two years of basketball at Florida State, but she certainly made the most of his time. He became FSU’s first Metro Conference scoring champion when he led the league with an average of 23.8 points per game as a junior in 1981-82. Wiggins’ scoring average was second highest in school history. An honorable mention All-American, Wiggins averaged 22.7 points per game as a senior and scored a total of 1,067 points over his two Seminole seasons. He was a first round draft pick of the Pacers in 1983, Wiggins was traded to the Rockets, where he spent five of his six NBA seasons. He also played for the Warriors and the Supersonics, averaging over 10 points per game in his NBA career.
