Hall of Fame Class: 2003 (Men's Basketball)

Bob Sura was a lightly recruited guard who finished his freshman year (1991-92) as the ACC Rookie of the Year. Sura was the top scoring and rebounding guard in the ACC as a sophomore, averaging nearly 20 points a game. He would carry the load for FSU basketball his next two seasons, finishing as the first player in FSU history named to the All-ACC first team. He finished his career as the only player in ACC history with 2,000 points, 700 rebounds, 400 assists and 200 steals. He left as FSU’s all-time leader with 2,130 points, third in all-time steals and fifth in all-time assists. The FSU star was the No. 1 pick of the Cleveland Cavaliers and 17th overall pick and had a long NBA career.
