Tickets On Sale For Florida State's Game In Orange Bowl Basketball Classic Against USF

MIAMI LAKES, Fla. – Tickets for Florida State's game against USF in the AutoNation Orange Bowl Basketball Classic at the Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, Fla., on December 9 are now on sale. The Seminoles face the Bulls and Florida plays the University of Richmond in the only Division I Basketball doubleheader in Broward County (Florida) during the 2023-24 season. Tip off for the first game of the doubleheader is 1:30 with the order of games set to be announced at a later date.
Fans can purchase tickets at orangebowl.org/basketball or by contacting the Orange Bowl ticket office at (305) 341-4701 or tickets@orangebowl.org.
Florida State faces USF for the third time in the AutoNation Orange Bowl Basketball Classic. The Seminoles own a 2-0 series advantage with victories in 2014 and 2019. The Seminoles have appeared in 12 Orange Bowl Basketball Classic games and have won nine of their last 11 games in the event – including a seven-game winning streak from 2005-2015.
Florida State leads the all-time series against USF by a 22-12 margin with three victories in the last four games played between the two teams. The series between the Seminoles and the Bulls began in 1973 with a 93-53 Florida State win in a game played in Tallahassee. The teams have met seven times at a neutral site, with the Seminoles holding a 4-3 advantage in games played away from campus.
The Orange Bowl Basketball Classic welcomes fans and families during the holiday season with exciting basketball and holiday entertainment throughout the day on December 9. Fans are welcome to arrive at the arena early to enjoy the Pregame Party on the Plaza, featuring a live DJ, holiday photo ops, train rides for the kids, dance performances, arts and craft stations, fun family games and more.
Florida State plays its first of two exhibition games on Sunday, October 29 at 4:00 p.m. against Flagler at the Donald L. Tucker Center. Admission and parking for the game against the Saints and the Seminoles' second exhibition game against Valdosta State on Sunday, November 5 at 4:00 p.m. are free.
Florida State's home schedule includes seven non-conference games, with its season-opener coming against Kennesaw State (Nov. 10). The Seminoles play 10 ACC home games beginning with their contest against Georgia Tech (Jan. 3) to begin the conference schedule at home.
