TALLAHASSEE – The No. 15/NR Florida State indoor track and field teams will compete at the 2024 ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships from Feb. 22-24 in Boston at the Track at New Balance.

The 15th-ranked men's team holds 14 times and marks that are seeded within the top eight, led by Jeremiah Davis who is seeded first in both the triple (16.69m) and long jump (8.20m).

"It's going to be another dog fight at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships," said FSU track and field head coach Bob Braman. "Three or four teams are capable of winning the title, including the Seminoles. We are strong in the jumps, but our hopes rest on our sprints and distance squad getting every possible point. We're mostly a veteran squad, but we have some talented newcomers who will be counted on as well."

The FSU women's team enters the meet with 10 top eight seeds. Dajaz DeFrand is the favorite in the 60-meter dash (7.18) and 200 (22.91).

"Our women are really young, but we have some big point scorers, especially in the sprints and hurdles," added Braman. "We're looking for a top three finish, and then take that momentum to outdoor where we're much stronger."

The meet will start Thursday at 4 p.m. with the men's 5,000. Expanded coverage will air through the ACC Network Extra and can be accessed at Seminoles.com. Flash results will be available.
