TALLAHASSEE –The Florida State outdoor track and field teams took home two ACC Performers of the Week that were announced by the league office on Tuesday afternoon. They join Andre Korbmacher who was named the Rookie of the Week on March 26.
Tyra Wilson was named the Women's Performer of the week, while the 4x100 relay team earned the Men's Track Performer of the Week.
Wilson won the 400-meter hurdles at the Crimson Tide Invitational, running her best and seventh-fastest time in program history at 57.03.

"Another great performance from Tyra." said associate head coach Matt Kane. "She is very close to a big breakthrough, and we expect more from her in the upcoming weeks."
The men's 4x100 relay team took home the win, turning in the third-fastest time in the nation at 39.06 behind Keshaun Black, Ismael Kone, Neo Mosebi and Tyler Azcano.
"We understand what the ultimate goals are, but it's good for these young men to see that hard work can work really well." said associate men's head coach Rick Argo. "This was one of our best season openers for the 4x100 relay, so I'm really happy for them. Now we must continue the process of winning the moment."
