Noles Conclude Competition at U.S. Olympic Trials

EUGENE, Ore. –The 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials came to a close on Sunday at Hayward Field with four performances from athletes with ties to the Florida State track and field teams. 

  

Kyvon Tatham competed in the men's triple jump final, placing 12th with a mark of 15.64m (51-3 ¾).

Former Seminoles Kasey Knevelbaard and Ahmed Muhumed made an appearance in the 5,000-meter final. Muhumed placed eighth with a time of 13.29.23. Knevelbaard followed in 15th at 13:51.29. 

Alexandra Webster competed in the women's 100-meter hurdles semifinal placing 12th at 12.84. 

Jeremiah Davis who won the men's long jump earlier in the week, will await Olympic selection for Team USA based on the world rankings.
