Three Seminoles, Relay Collect All-American Honors

EUGENE, Ore. – The No.20 Florida State women's outdoor track and field team saw four All-American performances on Saturday to close the 2025 NCAA Outdoor Championships at Hayward Field

Shenese Walker, Tyra Wilson, Kaelyaah Liburd earned first-team All-America honors for the first time of their outdoor career, while the 4x100-meter relay of Lucy May Sleeman, Walker and Liana Tyson recorded the highest finish since 2022.

The relay team started the night by capturing first-team All-America honors, placing seventh with a time of 43.30.
 

Walker placed sixth in the 100 with a time of 11.23, becoming the second Seminoles in the last four years to capture two All-America honors in the same season.
 

In two seasons at Florida State, Walker has collected five All-America nods between the indoor and outdoor seasons.
 

Liburd became the first 400 runner to collect first-team All-America honors after placing eighth with a time of 51.69. The British Virgin Islands national record holder ended her season with the second-fastest time in program history (51.31).

The women's team finished in 26th with 10 points and three first-team All-Americans, marking the most since the 2022 season.
