TALLAHASSEE - The Florida State women's tennis team announced its 2025 fall schedule on Monday.
The Seminoles will begin the fall season at the ITA All-American Championships the week of September 20-27 in Cary, North Carolina. Millie Bissett had success at last year's event, winning three doubles matches with partner Maria Juliana Para Romero, and advancing to the main draw round of 16.
FSU will then compete in the Bedford Cup in Jacksonville, on October 3-5, followed by the ITA Southeast Regional Championships in Orlando the week of October 16-20. At the 2024 regional championships, the Seminoles earned 13 victories, 10 of which were by returning players in 2025-26
The Noles begin November with the ITA Conference Masters Championships in San Diego, California, from November 6-9. Bissett found another win with Parra Romero at last year's event in 2024.
The UNF Invitational in Jacksonville and the ITA Sectional Championships in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, will both take place from November 7-9.
The NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships begin on November 18 in Orlando.
Florida State returns seven players from last year's team and has added two true freshmen. Eva Shaw will look to build on her impressive sophomore campaign on Court 1. Shaw earned third-team All-ACC honors in singles and doubles in the spring and was awarded the ITA Southeast Most Improved Player Award in the summer.
In the first ITA preseason rankings, Shaw and Bissett were ranked No. 35 in the doubles poll.
