TALLAHASSEE – Florida State senior wide receiver Duce Robinson is a finalist for the William V. Campbell Trophy, college football's premier scholar-athlete award that "recognizes an individual as the absolute best in the nation for his combined academic success, football performance and exemplary leadership."

Finalists are part of the NFF National Scholar-Athlete Class, receive an $18,000 postgraduate scholarship and will be invited to the 68th National Football Foundation Annual Awards dinner in Las Vegas on December 8. One member of the class will win the 37th Campbell Trophy and have his postgraduate scholarship increased to $25,000.

Robinson, from Phoenix, graduated magna cum laude from Florida State this summer with a 3.90 GPA in interdisciplinary social science. He was a 2025 CSC First Team Academic All-American – FSU's first since 2012 – and landed on the All-ACC Academic Team, earned ACC Academic Honor Roll honors and was on Florida State's President's and Dean's List.

On the field, Robinson has been a captain both seasons at Florida State, where he earned Third Team All-America and First Team All-ACC honors in 2025. FSU's offensive MVP last year, Robinson caught 56 passes for 1,081 yards and six touchdowns, FSU's first 1,000-yard receiver since 2019. Through seven games in 2026, Robinson has 22 catches for 407 yards and four touchdowns.

In the community, Robinson raised over $10,000 for Special Olympics Florida through his charity pickleball tournament, coached young athletes through Next Level Flag Football and participated in various literacy programs throughout Tallahassee.

Robinson is the lone representative from the ACC and is Florida State's ninth NFF National Scholar-Athlete and first since 2010.
