FSU Women's Tennis Places Four on 2025-26 CSC Academic All-District Team

TALLAHASSEE – Four members of the Florida State women's tennis team were named to the 2025-26 CSC Academic All-District Team, the CSC announced Tuesday afternoon.

The Seminoles honored on this year's team include seniors Cade Cricchio and Tina Li, junior Laura Putz, and sophomore Mary Boyce Deatherage. Florida State was also one of just two ACC institutions to have four nominees earn recognition on the list.

To earn CSC Academic All-District recognition, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher on a 4.0 scale, be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, and compete in at least 75 percent of their institution's competitions.

Cricchio collected her seventh academic accolade during her four years at Florida State. After being recognized as an ITA Scholar-Athlete and on the ACC Academic Honor Roll in each of her first three years, she earned CSC Academic All-District honors for the first time in her career.

Li and Putz each received the distinction for the second consecutive season after also being selected to the 2024-25 CSC Academic All-District Team.

Deatherage earned the award for the first time in her first season of eligibility. The sophomore has now collected three academic honors in two years, adding CSC Academic All-District recognition to her All-ACC Academic Team selection and 2025 ITA Scholar-Athlete honor.
