Rusher Concludes Competition at ITA All-American Championships

TULSA, Okla. – Florida State senior Azariah Rusher concluded his run at the ITA All-American Championships on Thursday in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Azariah Rusher opened the 2026-27 season at the ITA All-American Championships, posting a 1-2 singles record. Rusher began the tournament with a three-set victory over Tulsa's Ruben Fernandez Ruiz, winning 3-6, 6-4, 6-2 in the opening round. He then fell to former teammate Erik Schiessl, 6-2, 6-0, before dropping a 6-4, 7-5 decision to Texas' Gabriel Debru.
The Seminoles will regroup as a team at the Bedford Cup hosted by UCF in Orlando running through October 2-4.
