Competed in the 100 breast (57.43) and the 200 breast (2:07.88) at the FSU Invite...was eighth in the 100 breast (56.59) and fourth in the 200 breast (2:02.35) in the win at No. 23 Georgia Tech...placed second in the 200 breast (2:04.16) and was seventh in the 200 IM (2:00.97) against Florida Southern...finished seventh in the 200 breast (2:06.24) and 100 breast (57.05 ) in the win over No. 19 Alabama and LSU...Placed 14th in the 200 breast (1:57.78) and 20th in the 100 breast (54.60) at the Georgia Invite...finished fourth in the 200 breast (2:05.07)  and fifth in the 100 breast (57.39) against Harvard...was seventh in the 100 breast (55.03) and fourth in the 200 breast (2:01.46) at No. 7 Georgia...placed fifth in the 100 breast (54.59) and tied for third in the 200 breast (1:58.61) at the Auburn Invite.
 

2022-23

Won the 100 breast at 54.80 at the TYR Classic and placed third in the 200 breast (2:06.25)…also helped the Noles win the medley relays…placed second in the 200 breaststroke against Florida Southern (2:04.95)…placed seventh in 100 breast  (58.22) and sixth in 200 breast (2:05.76) against No. 7 Georgia…finished seventh in the 100 breast (55.92) and took third in the 200 breast (2:01.41) against Georgia Tech…finished 13th in the 200 breast (1:57.80) and 24th in the 100 breast (55.36) at the Georgia Invite…also competed in the 200 IM (1:52.34)…finished seventh in the 100 breast (58.17) before taking third in the 200 breast (2:04.93) in the win over LSU … also competed in the 200 IM (1:57.98)…finished seventh in the 100 breast (55.88) and fourth on the 200 breast (1:59.51) against No.3 UF…competed in the 100 fly (52.68) and 100 breast (57.45) against Tampa…finished 20th in the 200 breast (1:56.87) at the ACC Championships… also competed in the 100 breast(54.89) and 200 IM (1:51.51)…named Hardest Worker for the men’s team

2021-22

Set new personal bests in the 100 breast time trial (54.38) and 200 breast time trial (1:58.59) at the Auburn First Chance Invitational…placed fourth in the 100 breast (56.43) before winning the 200 breast (2:01.37) against Tampa…recorded a 14th place finish in the 200 breast (1:58.90) at the Georgia Tech Invitational…placed third in the 200 breast (2:05.03) against Florida Southern…finished fifth in the 200 breast (2:06.26) and sixth in the 100 breast (58.09) against Georgia Tech…made his FSU debut against Auburn with sixth-place finishes in the 200 breast (2:05.88) and 100 breast (57.96).

BEFORE FSU

HIGH SCHOOL: A six-time Association of American Schools in Central America (AASCA) participant… finished sixth in the 200m breast (2:28.35) at the 2019 Central American & Caribbean Swimming Championships… earned one gold, one silver, and seven bronze medals at the AASCA 2015 competition

PERSONAL: Born March 1, 2002… son of Grant and Talitha Martindale… named to the President’s List in the spring of 2021… plans to major in psychology
