Singles:

  • Defeated Samir Banerjee from Stanford University in the ACC Mens Championship game with a 6-2,6-3 victory...Defeated Will Mayew from the University of Louisville at home with a score of 6-2, 7-5...Secured a road victory against Pedro Rodenas from Duke University with scores of 6-2, 1-6, 6-4...Defeated Wissam Abderrahmn from Clemson University on the road with scores of 6-2, 6-1...Won a tight match up against Carl Emil Overbeck from the University of California Berkeley with scores of 6-3, 6-7, 7-5...Defeated Liam Krall from SMU with a score of 6-1, 6-3...Had a competitive match against Theo Papamalamis, winning 6-3, 7-6...Claimed a straight-set victory over Edward Tymes from Georgia State 6-3, 6-4.
 

Doubles:

  • Corey Craig and Jamie Connel had an impressive run in doubles, showcasing excellent teamwork and securing several key victories throughout the season.

  • On November 7, 2024, Craig and Connel defeated Freddy Blaydes and Niels Ratiu from Georgia with a strong 6-3, 6-4 victory.

  • The duo continued their dominance in doubles on January 11, 2025, defeating Lun Obrul and Gordan Fran Mileusni from Alabama State with a commanding 6-2 scoreline.

  • On January 12, 2025, Craig and Connel faced Laurent Julia Calac and Aaron James Williams from Georgia Southern, securing another solid 6-2 win.

  • Craig and Rusher defeated players William Manning and Martin Borisiouk from NC State with a score of 6-4 on March 14, 2025.


FALL 2024

Singles:
  • Corey Craig had a standout performance at the ITA All-American Championships, achieving several key victories against ranked opponents. 

  • On September 21, 2024, Craig faced #22 Danil Panarin of Vanderbilt. After dropping the first set, Craig made a strong comeback to win 3-6, 6-1, 6-1, showing his ability to adapt and perform under pressure. Later on the same day, Craig battled Jaden Weekes from Kentucky in a thrilling 3-set match. Craig lost the first set in a tiebreak but recovered to win 6-7 (3-7), 6-4, 7-5.

  • Craig took on #33 Braden Shick from NC State, dominating the match with a 6-2, 6-4 victory. 

  • Another challenge came against #98 Hugo Hashimoto from Columbia. After a rough first set, Craig bounced back to win 2-6, 6-4, 6-0.

  • In a highly competitive match, Craig faced #93 Giulio Perego of Texas A&M. Despite losing the first set in a close tiebreak, Craig fought back to claim a 6-7 (7-9), 7-5, 6-2 victory.

  • Craig defeated #22 Danil Panarin from Vanderbilt with a commanding 3-6, 6-1, 6-1 score.

  • Another key victory came against Jaden Weekes from Kentucky. Craig won 6-7 (3-7), 6-4, 7-5.


Doubles:
  • Corey Craig secured crucial victories in the ITA tournament alongside Jamie Connel with their dominant performances, defeating Freddy Blaydes and Niels Ratiu from the University of Georgia 6-3 and 6-4.
  • Continued the strong run in the ITA Semifinals on November 9th, 2024 where they defeated Luka Petrovic and Luc Hoeijmans from Tulane University 6-2, 6-3.

Sophomore at Boston University (2024)

  • Had one of the best seasons in program history, as he boasted a 26-1 dual singles record in the top slot to help the Terriers earn their first automatic NCAA berth and first Patriot League title with BU last hoisting a trophy as the America East champion in 1996
  • Finished with a 28-6 overall singles mark and 14-10 doubles record that including an 8-4 performance on court 3
  • Named the program's first Patriot League Player of the Year after he earned a PL record six Player of the Week awards, including a record four straight in February
  • Won 36 of 45 games played in singles action to earn PL Tournament MVP recognition to help BU advance to the NCAA opener at No. 12 Harvard
  • Earned notable No. 1 victories against St. John's Dartmouth, Fordham, Brown and UC Riverside
  • Won twice in straight sets against 2023 PL Player of the Year Sasha Panyan, including a 6-0, 6-4 decision that helped eliminate five-time defending PL champion Navy
  • Lone loss was against then-No. 6 Harvard during the regular season, as his NCAA match against No. 15 ranked Cooper Williams was left unfinished
  • Posted 8-4 doubles record with Jakob Esterowitz with 1-1 mark at line 2 and 7-3 record on court 3
  • Teamed with Alejandro Licea for the final six contests in the top slot, posting a PL semifinal win against Army
  • Named to the PL Academic Honor Roll with a 3.20+ GPA

Freshman at Boston University (2023)

  • Earned BU's first major Patriot League year-end award by being named Rookie of the Year after leading the Terriers to their first conference tournament final since 1999 with a team-high 19 singles victories
  • Added five doubles wins
  • Recorded a 14-5 singles mark during the spring, playing primarily at line 2 with a straight set singles win over Bentley in the No. 1 slot
  • Won his final six decided singles matches, blanking Colgate in the PL quarterfinals and then dispatching Army in the semifinals
  • Earned BU's first PL Player of the Week honor in two years after claiming straight set singles wins over Adelphi and MIT
  • Earned notable dual victories over Dartmouth, Navy and Marist
  • Claimed wins over Brown and Boston College during the fall
  • Teamed with Ben Letzer for a pair of No. 3 doubles wins over Stonehill and MIT after they earned a victory against Brown last fall
  • Competed at line 1 against Toledo with Jonah Dickson

YOUTH

  • Five-star recruit according to TennisRecruiting.net who ranked as high as No. 30 nationally and No. 5 in the state of Florida
  • Won the state singles title and reached the state doubles quarterfinals his senior year
  • Won the district title and reached the round of 16 in the state tournament as a freshman
