Graduate transfer ran leadoff on 17th-place 4×100 at NCAA Championships…standout hurdler in lone season for Noles, ranking No. 3 all-time outdoors in 100 hurdles (13.01) and No. 2 indoor in 60 hurdles (8.08)…was NCAA Indoor Championships qualifier in 60 hurdles and earned second-team All-American honors.


Outdoor: Finished 13th – one spot shy of NCAA Championships – in 100 hurdles at East Preliminary after posting 13.18 in quarterfinal round…was fourth in 100 hurdles in ACC Outdoor finals after posting PB 13.01 in preliminary heat, which was then No. 2 in FSU history…anchored Noles to Penn Relays shuttle hurdle relay title and followed with fifth-place 100 hurdles finish…ran leadoff leg on 4×100 three times, including season-opening win at FSU Relays (44.81).
Indoor: Claimed FSU’s lone ACC Indoor individual title, winning 60-meter hurdles after producing PB 8.08 in prelims, just .01 off school record…advanced to finals in four of six meets…eclipsed previous career-best (8.23) in four races…was runner-up at Razorback Invitational in 8.15…was third at Conference Clash in Birmingham and opened her FSU career by finishing sixth at UAB Blazer Invite, also at the CrossPlex.

Before FSU

Enjoyed three outstanding seasons (2012-2014) at Charleston Southern…holds the Big South Conference records in the 60-meter hurdles (8.23) and 100-meter hurdles (13.25)…in all claimed six Big South hurdles titles, winning 100 (outdoors) and 60 (indoors) each of her three years…also contributed on sprint relay teams…Big South Freshman of the Year both Indoors and Outdoors (2011-12).


Pursuing master’s degree at FSU in criminology…hoping to land spot on Haiti’s Olympic team in 100-meter hurdles this summer…outstanding student-athlete at Charleston Southern, landing on the Dean’s list (2014-15) and earning top scholar-athlete honors for three seasons…earned her undergraduate degree in criminology…sat out the 2015 indoor and outdoor seasons when she gave birth to her daughter Ava Young…daughter of Tervillia Noel…her given name is Mulern (pronounced Murr-leen) Jean…starred at Pompano Beach Ely High where she was the FHSAA 4A runner-up as a senior in 2011…born September 25, 1992.
