Since 2024, Adam Gaffey has served as the Aquatics Director at Morcom Aquatics, bringing nearly three decades of experience in aquatic program leadership, water safety, and coaching. Since 1996, he has held a variety of roles in the field, including Aquatics Director at Broward State College and St. Johns Country Day School, as well as Head Lifeguard at the Maitland Jewish Community Center. He also served as Head Water Polo Coach at St. Andrew’s School, where he helped develop student-athletes both in and out of the pool.
Throughout his career, Gaffey has been dedicated to building strong aquatic programs, promoting safety and excellence, and supporting student-athletes in achieving their full potential. His extensive background and commitment to the sport make him a vital part of Florida State’s aquatics operations.
