Brad Reynolds was hired as the director of marketing for Florida State football and men's basketball in September 2026. Reynolds brings nearly a decade of experience in collegiate marketing, with stops at the College of Charleston, Cincinnati and Georgia Southern prior to Florida State.
At the College of Charleston, Reynolds was the director of marketing and fan experience, where he oversaw all marketing efforts including promotions, fan engagement strategies, full-time and student employees, campus and community outreach, staff supervision and budget. He served as the game day producer for men's basketball and men's soccer and was the sport oversight for cheer, dance and pep band programs. In collaboration with Learfield-IMG, had oversight of trademark licensing and created strategic partnerships with campus organizations.
Reynolds held similar roles at Cincinnati and Georgia Southern. He earned his bachelor of business administration in marketing from Augusta University in 2018 and his Masters in sport management from Georgia Southern in 2021.
