Clint Cure joined Florida State's partnerships teams in April of 2021 and is currently the Vice President of Global Partnerships for Florida State Global Partnerships through Legends. Clint spent more than 15 years operating on the team side of professional sports before segueing to the collegiate side of the business.
Prior to FSU, Cure was with the New York Mets, holding several senior leadership roles within the organization. Cure was the Assistant General Manager of the AAA Syracuse Mets franchise in New York. Before that, Cure served as the Assistant GM for Clover Park and the New York Mets Spring Training home in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Cure held numerous leadership roles within professional baseball teams from sales to facility operations and food & beverage.
Before his life in baseball, Cure worked for International Speedway Corporation (ISC) in Daytona Beach, Florida holding several roles around Daytona International Speedway and MyRaceTravel.com, the former “Official Race Travel” provider of NASCAR, where he managed clients “At Track” marketing efforts and entertained some of the premier sports sponsors in the country.
Cure, a native of Highmount, N.Y., attended college at Cortland State, where he played rugby. He received his bachelor's degree in Sport Management with a minor in economics and an Associate Degree in Physical Education and coaching. He also earned a certificate in International Sport Industry & International Sport Management from the Deutsche Sporthochschule in Cologne, Germany.
Cure and his wife, Michelle, have three children, Keegan, Caedan, and Kiley.
