Drew Thorngren is the Associate Director of Development with Seminole Boosters, where he oversees fundraising, donor engagement, and premium seating initiatives for the Greater Orlando and South Florida markets. Since joining Seminole Boosters in August 2023, Drew has helped drive major gift efforts, annual fund growth, and strategic relationship-building to support Florida State Athletics. During his time with Seminole Boosters in his various roles, he has generated over $8 million in revenue and secured more than $10 million in total commitments through donor engagement, campaign execution, and premium seating sales.
Prior to his role at Florida State, Drew worked with Utah State Athletics and served in multiple student leadership positions on campus, including roles in student government, clubs, and ambassador programs.
A former NCAA football student-athlete at Utah Tech University, Drew later transferred to Utah State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management in Spring 2023, graduating as a Presidential Scholar. He completed his Master’s degree in Sport Management from Florida State University in Spring 2025.
Outside of work, Drew and his wife, Sophie, enjoy traveling, spending time at their family ranch in Idaho, going to the beach, and attending sporting events.
