Haylee Bocca

Haylee Bocca joined Florida State in June of 2026 as assistant director for business operations. Bocca will serve as the primary point of contact for all Athletics business office.
Bocca comes to Tallahassee from North Texas where she was director of business operations, a role she served for over a year. While at UNT, she coordinated and reconciled all team travel, oversaw travel contracts for squad and staff, and assisted sports/department with travel planning in preparation for the annual budgeting process. She also created purchase orders and requisitions to process payments for services such as bus invoices, charter flights, commerce cards, and inter-university recruiting travel expenses.
Her responsibilities also included overseeing hotel contract processing while serving as the point person for Shorts Travel and helped guide the department through system and financial transitions, including the migration from Concur to Coupa and the shift in banking operations from Citibank to U.S. Bank. She was also actively involved at the national level as a member of the College Athletics Business Management Association (CABMA).
Prior to her time in Denton, Texas, Bocca worked in the business office at her alma mater Texas State where she graduated from in August of 2023 with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Bocca is engaged to her fiancée, Jaylen, who serves in active duty in the US Air Force. She also has an identical twin sister, Grace, who is a registered behavioral technician.
