- Associate Director of Strategic Football Operations and Player Engagement
Isaiah Phillip is in his sixth year with the Florida State football program and his first as associate director of strategic football operations and player engagement in 2026.
His tasks include advanced travel, coordinating with hotels, stadiums and other vendors away from home, budget and other operational areas, as well as assisting with NFL personnel.
Phillip began his FSU tenure as the program’s assistant equipment manager. In that role, he oversaw the Seminoles’ student equipment managers while assisting in all areas of equipment fitting, distribution and inventory management as well as travel logistics. He gained collegiate experience as an equipment manager at his alma mater from 2017-20.
Phillip earned his bachelor’s degree in sport management from Florida in 2020 and completed his master's degree in public administration from Florida State in 2025.
