Jack Kavovit joined Florida State Global Partnerships through Legends in 2024 as Associate, Broadcasting, where he serves as the radio play-by-play voice for the nationally-ranked women’s basketball program. Prior to his full-time role calling women’s basketball for the Seminoles, Kavovit called games on both radio and ACC Network Extra for Florida State soccer, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball and softball; Tallahassee State College men’s and women’s basketball; Tallahassee Southern Kings basketball; and JuCo basketball on ESPN+ and the NAIA Lacrosse National Championship.
In addition to his on-air responsibilities, Kavovit served in all aspects of the control room for Seminole Productions, the broadcasting arm of Florida State athletics.
Kavovit graduated from the University of Connecticut with his bachelor’s degree in communication and earned his Master’s in Sport Management from Florida State University in May 2023.
