Jacob Cates joined the Seminole Boosters in July 2025 and serves as the Associate Director of Development for Texas and the West Coast Market.

Cates comes from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was a Leadership Giving Associate for the university’s development team. He previously held positions as the Director of Development for Texas State Athletics’ Bobcat Club and as an Account Executive for TCU Athletics.

Cates is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and now resides in the DFW Metroplex.
