Jake Swift enters his second season at Florida State in 2025-26 as a public relations assistant. He serves as the primary contact for tennis and lacrosse.
Swift began his time at FSU as an intern in 2023 and was promoted to his current role in December of 2024, when he took over as the primary media contact for men's tennis. In his role, he handles all media requests, content and statistics for his assigned programs.
He gained experience with Nebraska Junior Golf in the summer of 2022, where he helped coordinate tournament sites, create tee times, course setup and rules. He also worked with HuskerVision during his time as a student at the University of Nebraska. During the spring semester of his senior year in college, he was an assistant coach for Lincoln Northstar High School track and field working with the sprinters.
Swift earned his bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Nebraska in 2023 and completed his master's degree in sport management from Florida State in 2025.
