Jenna Brown joined the Florida State University Student-Athlete Academic Services Staff in January 2023.
In addition to her role as Learning Specialist for Football, Soccer, Swimming and Diving, and Tennis, Jenna is the coordinator of the mentoring program and an instructor for SLS 1261: Academic Transition, Success and Development for Student-Athletes.
Prior to Florida State, Jenna held the position of Athlete Services Coordinator at York University, where she focused on oversight of the incoming student-athlete first-year transition and peer mentor program. Her role included providing academic skill instruction to all first-year student-athletes, individualized support to student-athletes, and monitoring academic progress and eligibility requirements across all sports.
Jenna completed her graduate degree in Sport Management at West Virginia University from 2019-2021, where she was a graduate assistant in Student-Athlete Academic Services for Football.
Jenna is a native of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.Â
