Jeremey Smith enters his second season as the assistant director of player personnel in 2025 after joining the Florida State football program in 2019. He worked in FSU's recruiting department from 2019-23.

Smith maintains FSU’s recruiting databases and also assists with official and unofficial visit operations. Additionally, he supervises the student assistant program and is the assistant director of the Mike Norvell Football Camps.

Originally from Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, Smith holds two degrees from Florida State. He earned his bachelor’s degree in sport management in 2017 and completed his master’s in sport management in 2019.
