Jonathan DeMott is in his 12th year as a member of the Florida State University athletic staff. DeMott was promoted to director of ticket operations in January of 2021 after serving as an assistant from May 2015.Â
As director of ticket operations, DeMott serves as a point of contact for all ticketed sporting events on campus, assists in the development & implementation of the Ticket Office practicum/internship program, Â and oversees the day-to-day operational activities within the main athletic ticket office.
DeMott began his tenure in the FSU Ticket Office as a field intern for FSU Baseball in February of 2011. He moved to operations coordinator in August of 2013.Â
DeMott earned his bachelor’s degree in sports management from FSU in 2013 Magna Cum Laude, and still has a strong passion for Florida State athletics and strives to enhance the overall experience for Seminole fans.
DeMott was born and raised in Central Florida, where he graduated from South Lake High School in 2009. He and his wife Savannah have a daughter named Campbell and a son named Trip.Â
