Kallie Lyle was hired as the Coordinator of Student-Athlete Development at Florida State University in August 2024.
In this role, she facilitates programming and events that equip student-athletes with the tools and skills to become effective leaders, engaged community members, and uniquely qualified professionals. She also develops digital marketing plans and designs graphics to promote these initiatives. Lyle began her time at FSU as an intern in the Student-Athlete Development department in August 2023.
Previously, she worked at her alma mater, Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania, as a Sport Administrative Assistant.
Lyle was a swimmer for the Shippensburg Raiders throughout her undergraduate career and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Coaching minor in 2023. She earned her master's degree in Sport Management at Florida State University in 2024, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Lyle is a native of Whitehall, Pennsylvania.
