Kevin Earnshaw joined the Seminoles as an Assistant Equipment Manager in January of 2022 and will enter his fifth football season with Seminoles in 2026. Earnshaw helps manage day-to-day operations for the football equipment department.

Earnshaw started out as a student athletic equipment manager in October of 2020 while he earned his bachelors degree in sport management at Florida State.

Earnshaw earned his masters in sport management from Florida State in December 2023.
