Matt Golamco joined the Florida State women's basketball staff as a creative content coordinator in October of 2025.

Golamco arrived in Tallahassee after working with the NC State women's basketball team as a student at NC State. During his time as a student intern, Golamco gained valuable experience working with a program that made a run to the Final Four in 2024 and Sweet 16 in 2025. In his role, Golamco served as a video producer, generating content for social channels and for internal and recruiting use.

Outside of NC State, Golamco worked on various freelance projects that included the Twin City Volleyball Tournament in March of 2023.

In 2022, Golamco worked as a business development manager for a gaming company called C2 Gripz after working as an intern.

Golamco volunteered as a martial arts instructor at World Taekwondo for three years while in high school, from May 2017 to August of 2020.

Golamco graduated from NC State with a bachelor's in Marketing in December of 2024. He also earned his B.S.B.A Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from High Point University in May of 2024.
