Maverick Abulone

Maverick Abulone returned to his alma mater in June of 2023 and is in his third year in his new role as the Assistant Director of Sports Venue Entertainment. His journey began as a student at Florida State University in 2016 at Seminole Productions as a student volunteer. After only one year of volunteering as a student he was hired on as a part-time student in 2017 to help on football and basketball game days to execute sponsorship obligations, create content, assemble equipment, and work on ESPN broadcasts.
Following the launch of the ACC Network in 2018, Abulone became further involved in the game day operations as a full-time graphics operator.
Since taking on the new role in 2023, Abulone has helped reshape game day operations through his commitment to building and displaying new graphic packages and content along with engineering new methods to deliver cutting edge productions. He is the director of multiple in-venue sports including for football, volleyball, basketball, and softball.
In 2020, he graduated from FSU with a bachelor of science degree in digital media production.
Abulone is originally from St. Petersburg, FL and is an avid supporter of Suncoast Watersports.
