Michael Calhoun is in his fourth season at Florida State in 2025. He was promoted to his current position of technology specialist in February of 2024.

Calhoun began his time at Florida State in June of 2022 as an intern and was elevated to a media specialist position in the spring of 2023. Prior to his time at Florida State, he gained valuable experience as a graduate assistant video coordinator at Murray State.

Calhoun is an active member of the College Sports Video Association. He earned his bachelor's degree in mass communications with a minor in film from UAB in 2021, where he also served as a student video assistant.
