- Director of High School Scouting/Recruiting
Mitch Ciombor returned to Florida State in 2026 as the Seminoles’ director of high school scouting and recruiting. Ciombor spent the previous two seasons at Duke as the coordinator of high school recruiting under current Florida State general manager John Garrett. Under Garrett and Ciombor, the Blue Devils won the 2025 ACC Championship, Duke’s first solo ACC title in 63 years.
Ciombor graduated twice from Florida State, earning his bachelor's degree in hospitality management in 2022 and a Master’s degree in athletic coaching in 2024. He served in Florida State’s player personnel and recruiting department throughout his undergraduate and graduate career.
