Nicole Gallagher joined Florida State women’s basketball as a special assistant to the head coach in September 2026.
Prior to joining the Seminoles, Gallagher spent the last two years serving as a paralegal and administrative assistant for a law firm in Boston, Massachusetts where she helped prepare trial and briefing materials as well as manage daily calendars and scheduled meetings. She spent the summer of 2026 shadowing the basketball operations team of the Connecticut Sun, where she was exposed to daily matters related to team logistics and game-day preparation.
Gallagher played basketball at Bryant University during her undergraduate years and concluded her playing career at Fairfield University. As a Bulldog, she finished her career ranked seventh all-time on the Division I scoring list with 995 points and was second in three-pointers made (180). She played in every game for the Stags during her graduate season, contributing to the program’s fifth MAAC Championship and sixth postseason appearance in program history after an undefeated mark in conference play. Fairfield ended the year with an impressive 31-2 record after a first-round exit against No. 14 Indiana, tied for the second-most wins of any MAAC team.
A native of Foxboro, Massachusetts, Gallagher earned her bachelor’s in politics and law from Bryant in 2023 and later received her master’s in management from Fairfield in 2024.
