Patrick Perala

Patrick Perala is in his first year at Florida State after being hired as FSU's director of football creative strategy, content and NIL fulfillment on May 15, 2026.
In his current role, Perala is responsible for all creative content produced for the football program, including for use on social media, in recruiting and for NIL deliverables. He oversees the football creative team and works closely with public relations and other external areas within the department for collaborative execution.
Perala came to Tallahassee after three seasons as the director of branding and content strategy for football at Missouri and one year as Texas football's senior graphic designer. He was the director of creative media for Charlotte football, and spent a stint in Tallahassee as the graphic designer for Florida A&M's athletics department.
Perala also has extensive freelance experience, contributing to creative efforts for Duke athletics, Middle Tennesse State athletics and FIU men's basketball.
