Paul Phipps has spent over 45 years in sales, marketing, and management within the sports industry. His former positions include General Manager for Seminole IMG Sports Marketing, Assistant Athletic Director at Florida State University, Chief Marketing Officer with NASCAR/International Speedway Corporation, Executive Vice President with Major League Soccer, and General Manager of several NBA teams, including the Clippers and Nuggets.

Phipps attended Cal Lutheran University and the University of Southern California. He currently serves as a Senior Development Advisor with FSU Seminole Boosters.

Phipps lives in Tallahassee with his wife, Paige, and their Yorkie princess, Maggie.
