Shakiria Hopkins was hired as the coordinator of recruiting operations for Florida State football in May 2025. She previously served as a student intern with Florida State and Florida A&M's football recruiting departments.
With Florida State, Hopkins helped manage recruit communications and utilized the ARMS software to help provide detailed notes for the coaching staff. She also assisted with on-campus recruiting events and game-day activities. At FAMU, she organized and executed recruiting events, including official and unofficial visits, to provide a seamless and memorable experience for potential student-athletes and their families.
Hopkins' career began as a student equipment manager intern with the Rattlers. She earned her bachelor's degree in public relations from Florida A&M in 2023 and her master's of sport management from Florida State in May 2025.
