Shakiria Hopkins

Shakiria Hopkins was hired as the coordinator of recruiting operations for Florida State football in May 2025 and enters her second season in the role for 2026. She previously served as a student intern with Florida State and Florida A&M's football recruiting departments.
With Florida State, Hopkins helped manage recruit communications and utilized the ARMS software to help provide detailed notes for the coaching staff. She also assisted with on-campus recruiting events and game-day activities. At FAMU, she organized and executed recruiting events, including official and unofficial visits, to provide a seamless and memorable experience for potential student-athletes and their families.
Hopkins' career began as a student equipment manager intern with the Rattlers. She earned her bachelor's degree in public relations from Florida A&M in 2023 and her master's of sport management from Florida State in May 2025.
