Stuart Pearce enters his 24th season with Florida State Athletics in 2025, and his seventh as the Associate AD for Facility Planning, Event Management and Operations.
During his tenure at Florida State, Pearce has coordinated all facets of support for 18 of the Seminoles' 21 NCAA sports. He has served as the tournament director for three ACC Championships and NCAA Tournaments in soccer, golf, volleyball, softball, baseball and track and field.
Pearce has served as a member of the construction committee and worked closely with the construction firm on several of the facility construction projects during his tenure at FSU, including: the renovation and expansion of the McIntosh Track & Field Building, Doak Campbell Stadium renovations, soccer/softball renovations, indoor practice facility construction, Seminole Legacy golf course development and the new lacrosse stadium.
A Tallahassee native, Pearce earned his bachelor's degree in sport management and his master's in sport administration, both from Florida State. He worked as an intern with the event management and facilities department before being hired full-time.
Pearce and his wife, Kerri, have been married for 23 years and have five children: Libby, Bryant, Jimmy, Halley and Robyn.
