Trent Willis

Trent Willis was hired as Florida State's director of compliance in February of 2025.
He came to Tallahassee after spending the previous two years at Georgia Tech as the Yellow Jackets' assistant director of compliance. In that role, he worked with all sports in areas of compliance, including recruiting, playing and practice seasons, camps and clinics and complimentary admissions. Willis began his career as a graduate assistant at Marshall.
A West Palm Beach native, Willis earned his bachelor's degree in English from Florida State in 2020.
