Rihane competed for the Seminoles from 2021-25, finishing his collegiate career with a 58-13 singles record and 49 doubles victories.

During his senior season in 2025, Rihane earned All-ACC Doubles Second Team honors alongside teammate Alex Bulte. The pair posted a 19-13 overall record, including 11 victories on Court 1, five ACC wins, and eight victories over nationally ranked opponents. Bulte and Rihane also advanced to the semifinals of the NCAA Doubles Championship in their first appearance at the event, becoming just the second doubles team in Florida State history to reach the tournament's semifinals. Earlier in the season, the duo achieved the highest doubles ranking in program history, reaching No. 3 in the ITA Doubles rankings.

Rihane was part of Florida State’s first-ever ACC Championship team in 2024, while the Seminoles earned NCAA Tournament appearances in each of his four seasons. During the championship campaign, he posted 16 singles victories and led the team with 21 doubles wins, including six ACC doubles victories and three wins over nationally ranked opponents. Teaming with Loris Pourroy, the duo finished the season ranked No. 72 nationally and No. 9 in the ITA Southeast Region.

In 2023, Rihane helped Florida State advance to the ACC Semifinals by contributing to a 4-0 victory over Clemson in the quarterfinals before clinching the Seminoles' upset of No. 14 North Carolina.

As a sophomore in 2022, Rihane and teammate Alex Bulte earned ACC Doubles Team of the Week honors after going undefeated during conference play that weekend. He finished the season with a 15-8 singles record, tying for the team lead in singles victories, and won three consecutive ACC singles matches against ranked opponents.

Rihane also helped secure the doubles point alongside Bulte in Florida State's NCAA Tournament First Round victory over Georgia State.

Throughout his career, Rihane earned ACC Doubles Team of the Week honors three times and compiled an impressive list of accolades. He was named a 2024 ITA All-American, claimed the 2024 ITA South Sectional Doubles Co-Championship, advanced to the semifinals of the 2024 NCAA Fall Doubles Championship, earned 2025 All-ACC Doubles Second Team honors, received the 2025 ITA Southeast Rafael Osuna Sportsmanship Award, and was recognized as an ITA Scholar-Athlete.

Rihane graduated from Florida State with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
