Women’s Basketball Tipoff Event set for October 15

TALLAHASSEE, Florida – The Florida State Women's Basketball team will host its celebration for the upcoming 2023-24 season at the inaugural tipoff event scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 15, from Noon-2 p.m. at the Dunlap Champions Club.
Tickets to the event are $30 for adults (ages 13 and over) and $10 children (ages 12 and under). The event includes a buffet-style lunch, silent auction, opportunities to get player signatures and much more.
"We are very excited for the first annual Women's Basketball event on Sunday," Head Coach Brooke Wyckoff said. "With so much excitement surrounding the upcoming season, we are looking forward to giving our supporters this exclusive opportunity to get to know this year's team and an inside look into how we've been preparing.

Florida State returns its core from a squad that won 23 games a season ago and is earning preseason hype with Top 20 preseason rankings by both The Athletic and ESPN. The Seminoles also added six key newcomers, including UC Santa Barbara transfer Alexis Tucker – a scoring guard who adds another dimension to the FSU offense.
The Seminoles have built up their non-conference schedule with home games against Tennessee and Arkansas and road/neutral site matchups against UCLA, Northwestern, possibly Stanford in a tournament format and Florida.
