Noles Capture CSCAA Scholar All-America

Six student-athletes captured first-team honors
Tallahassee, Fla. – The Florida State swimming and diving teams earned CSCAA (College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America) Scholar All-American status for Spring 2023.
Additionally, 17 student-athletes were represented on the Scholar All-America teams.
"I am very proud of the work our student-athletes put in this year," FSU head coach Neal Studd said. "Academics is a huge part of our team culture and every athlete knows how important it is for us to excel in the classroom. I am grateful for our academic staff and the work they put in to give us the opportunity to be at our best at Florida State."
The women's team turned in a semester grade point average of 3.51, while the men tallied a 3.12.
The women had nine student-athletes earned individual recognition while the men had eight. First Team members competed at the NCAA Championships and turned in a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Second Team recipients also boasted a 3.5 GPA and earned an NCAA provisional time or competed at the NCAA Zone Championships for diving.
