Florida State Softball Releases Eight-Game Fall Schedule

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The reigning National Runner-Up Florida State softball team will be back in action for eight games for their 2023 fall schedule. The Seminoles will play seven games at the Seminole Softball Complex as well as one road game at South Alabama. All fall games at the Seminole Softball Complex will be free of charge.
The Seminoles will start their fall schedule on Oct. 13 against Wallace Community College followed by four consecutive home games against Troy, St. Johns River State College, Kaskaskia College, and Chipola. The Seminoles will then head to South Alabama on Oct. 29 before rounding out the fall season at home against UNF and Lurleen B. Wallace Community College.
Head Coach Lonni Alameda enters her 16th season at the helm of the Seminoles. FSU returns seven offensive starters as well as returning pitchers Makenna Reid, Allison Royalty, Emma Wilson and Madi Balk. Jahni Kerr, Kaley Mudge, Devyn Flaherty, Kalei Harding and Hallie Wacaser all return as the Seminoles' top five hitters from the 2023 season. The Seminoles ended the 2023 season with a 58-11 record and clinched the ACC Regular Season Championship and the ACC Tournament Championship. The Seminoles made a return to the Women's College World Series where they won their first three gamed to advance to the Championship Series before falling to Oklahoma.
