Schipperen Selected to Compete at SPAR European Cross Country Championships

TALLAHASSEE –Sophomore Bieke Schipperen will compete in the 30th annual SPAR European Cross Country Championships on December 8 in Antalya, Turkey at Dokuma Park. Shipperen will represent the Netherlands in the U23 6k race against 21 countries, alongside former Nole Emmy Van Den Berg.

Schipperen had a stellar 2024 campaign, after collecting her first All-ACC honors at the ACC Championships, placing 16th in the 6k. The Netherland native captured all-region honors after placing fifth at the NCAA South Region Championships. She concluded the season at the NCAA National Championships, crossing the line in 57th.
