Volleyball Releases 2024 Schedule

TALLAHASSEE - The Florida State volleyball team released its 30-game on Wednesday afternoon. Florida State will play 13 games against teams that qualified for the NCAA Tournament including three games against 2023 Elite Eight teams. 
 
Fans will get their first chance to see the Seminoles on August 16 during the annual Garnet and Gold Scrimmage. First serve is set for 6 p.m. in Tully Gymnasium. 
 
The Noles will begin its season at home as they will host USF, UC Santa Barbara and Georgia during the Seminole Invitational on Aug. 30 through Sept. 1. FSU will then hit the road at the Auburn Invitational where they will face Cal Poly on Sept. 6 and Auburn on Sept. 8.
 
The Seminoles will then play four consecutive in-state opponents from Sept. 10-17. FSU will travel to Jacksonville to play North Florida on Sept. 10 before returning home to face FAU and UCF on Sept. 13 and Sept. 15 in the Seminole Classic. Sept. 17 will be the Seminoles' annual rivalry matchup with the Florida Gators. This year's meeting will take place in Gainesville. 
 
FSU will round out conference play with a road match in against Alabama on Sept. 21.
 
The Noles will begin ACC play with back-to-back matches against rival Miami. The Hurricanes will be in Tallahassee on Sept. 25 while FSU will travel to Coral Gables on Sept. 28. FSU will continue ACC play on the road with a trip to Virginia and Virginia Tech on Oct. 4 and Oct. 6.
 
The Seminoles will return home for a showdown with Elite Eight participant Louisville inside of Tully Gym on Friday, Nov. 11. FSU will follow the match with the Cardinals with a match with Notre Dame. 
 
FSU will play four-consecutive road games at Boston College, Syracuse, North Carolina and Duke from Oct.18-27.
 
FSU will begin November by welcoming two new ACC opponents to Tully Gym as they will face Cal on Nov. 1 and Stanford and Nov. 3. FSU will stay home on Nov. 8 and Nov. 10 when they host Wake Forest and NC State. 
 
FSU will travel to National Semifinalist Pitt on Nov. 15 and will then travel to Dallas to face SMU for the first time as ACC foes. 
 
FSU will play three-consecutive home games against Georgia Tech, Clemson and SMU before wrapping up the regular season at Wake Forest on Nov. 29.

Admission is free for all FSU home games inside of Tully Gym.
